Hybrid Training

Looking for one-on-one support from a coach, without the high price of personal training?

With recurring hybrid online coaching, every four weeks you get:

  • Twice weekly progressive strength training workouts programmed to your goals, delivered via Trainerize app

  • 30 mins of “office hours” per month (can be used as two 15 minute or one 30 minute in-person or zoom meeting to ask questions, assess/finetune movement patterns, or make modifications to your program)

  • Ongoing messaging access to me in the Trainerize app for checkins, questions, or feedback on workouts.

All for a recurring $100 fee every four weeks!

We also offer a discount to hybrid training clients for SweatClub’s Anytime Access membership - $55 instead of the usual $69.
