Are you wanting to add strength training to your routine? Tired of going to the gym and feeling intimidated or unsure of what to do? Then SweatClub is for you! I designed the program and format with a few things in mind:
You are looking to improve your overall strength and health. SweatClub is not a program that hyper-focuses on weight loss. We focus on routines, habits and helping you live the life YOU want most! Chasing kids, hiking trails, keeping up with work demands and running races are all examples of what our members do with more ease after the program.
You don’t want to spend a lot of time in the gym - you have a family and a life to lead! All workouts are less than an hour start to finish, averaging 40 minutes.
You are willing to make an investment and maybe don’t want to pay premium price for a 1:1 trainer. By having a group setting, it is not only more affordable to you, it is more fun!

SweatClub is an 8-week coaching program that has 3 gym-based workouts per week. These workouts are delivered straight to you via Trainerize, the app platform that hosts my program. One great thing that came out of 2020 was that I was able to figure out how to deliver programs to you no matter where you are! You can do this whether you live in Tulsa or Texas. At your gym, at your home or in class at Sweat Club here locally.
8 - week online coaching - $135 per month, 2 months
36 full body workouts designed to progress in difficulty and intensity as the program progresses.
Suggestions for what to do on the non-lifting days - cardio, yoga etc.
Habit tracking based on your unique goals and dreams for yourself (we’ll explore this in your application).
Unlimited access to me via messaging in the app
Weekly group coaching call with various motivation, nutrition and workout topics.
8 - week online coaching + gym access - $175 per month, 2 months
Everything from the online coaching program PLUS a spot for 3x per week gym access in one of the designated class times (TBD each round based on availability).
