Are you looking to run your first 5k or half marathon in 2022? Or searching for someone to be in charge and take all the guesswork out of your training? Whether you are looking to run a distance for the first time or fastest time, there are options for you!
Track Club has:
5k or half marathon distances for TWO target races. You pick the March 26 local T Town 5k/Half Marathon and/or the April 24 OKC Memorial 5k/Half Marathon. This gives you 12 or 16 weeks to train depending on your start date.
A progressive build to your goal distance, giving you an adequate base building and taper period customized to your current running routine.
Weekly educational content to help you be a well-rounded runner including warmups, fueling, types of runs and more!
TrackClub is a 12 or 16-week coaching program that has 4-5 runs per week based on your goal race and experience. These runs are delivered straight to you via Trainerize, the app platform that hosts my program. One great thing that came out of 2020 was that I was able to figure out how to deliver programs to you no matter where you are! You can do this whether you live in Tulsa or Texas. For the targeted team races or something within one week of them: March 26 and/or April 24.
TrackClub Online HandsOff Coaching - 5k or half marathon. $99 per month
4-5 runs per week, on a progressive schedule
Suggestions for what to do on the non-running days - strength, cross train, yoga etc.
Educational videos to help you become a well-rounded runner.
