Jessica Sprenkel

MS Kinesiology, Certified Prenatal/Postpartum Coach, Prenatal/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Birth Doula and over 15 years of industry experience

Areas of expertise: Prenatal/Postpartum considerations, Running, Strength Training

Current Availability: Monday and Friday 8-10am, Thursdays all day, some Saturdays

Lillian McLeod-Schaffer

BS Exercise Physiology, ACSM Exercise Physiologist, RYT200 Yoga Instructor, Women’s Coaching Specialist

Specialties: Helping you find what you love and incorporating it into your routine, finding ways to help your fitness fit your life (sustainability!), and identifying and eliminating form imbalances with a combination of strength and mobility.

Current Availability: Monday/Friday 9am, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-11:30

Emily Landry

Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, 13 years experience in reproductive health as a former Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Massage Therapist

Areas of expertise: Beginner/Returning Strength Training, support beginning a new fitness routine from an anti-diet culture framework. Emily especially loves to work with Queer/Trans fam, women over 40, and people new to building strength.

Mondays 8-10am, 3-5pm
Tuesdays or Thursdays 8-11:30am
Wednesdays 8-10am
