Emily Landry

Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, 13 years experience in reproductive health as a former Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Massage Therapist

Areas of expertise: Beginner/Returning Strength Training, support beginning a new fitness routine from an anti-diet culture framework. Emily especially loves to work with people who are new or returning to strength training, and queer and trans community members.

Also offering small group (2-4 person) personal training sessions at discounted rates per person. Contact me for information!
