Sweat Club Basics

Interested in joining Sweat Club and making strength-training a part of your life, but don’t know where to start? Concerned that if you show up for Open Gym you won’t know what to do? Sweat Club Basics is here to gently ease you into a regular strength training routine in a sustainable way, so you can get the benefits of strength training well into the new year.


Small Group Training

Each series of Sweat Club Basics starts with a twice-weekly, in-person, small-group training session.

Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, in-depth understanding of a specific strength training move/skill, and approximately 40 minute full-body workout combining strength training and conditioning.


12 weeks of done-for-you Workout programming

12 weeks of strength-training workouts are provided with your registration in Sweat Club Basics! You’ll have access to the programming through a spreadsheet that gives you the ability to view videos of each move, and keep track of your weights used over the course of the program.

The first 4 weeks of workouts are in-person, and then you have another 8 weeks of pre-written workouts ready to go to continue on with what you learned during our time together! You can choose to do these workouts at home or in another gym, or join SweatClub with one of our memberships (the first month of your membership is half off for SCB graduates!)


Gym Confidence

We are proud of our gym community, and often get feedback about how good it feels to workout in an environment that is women-mostly, fun, colorful, and intentionally pared down. At the end of Sweat Club Basics, you will know how to use and choose dumbbells, craft a solid workout, and understand written workout programming. We would love to have you join our gym as a member (and will walk you through the membership options available), but you will also be able to join any gym, or workout at home, with more confidence and knowledge to make strength training a sustainable part of your life!


Next Cohort of SweatClub Basics Begin March 2025!

Registration is $195 and includes:

  • 4 weeks of in-person small-group training (8 total sessions)

  • 12 total weeks of strength-training programming delivered via spreadsheet

  • Education on a wide range of fitness topics, specific to strength-training and sustainable habit forming. No diet culture, weight loss focus, before/after or maximal effort programming here!

  • Inclusion in our joyful, creative, silly community of folks at all levels of fitness — who love to chat about books, Taylor Swift, Tulsa happenings, celebrity gossip, crafting, tarot and more!
