This is the front of our gym during the summer! It’s even easier to find over the cold months when the canna lillies have died back.

Where are you located?: We are located at 1515 E 7th street.  You can park anywhere on the street and come in the pink door anytime in the class time frame.

What can I expect on my first day?:   You'll park on the street for free and come through our pink door.  There are cubbies up front for you to put your things in, and a unisex bathroom to change clothes if you need.  A coach will greet you, and you'll come onto the gym floor to get your mat and pick a spot.  The warmup and workouts are on the board and you'll get started at your own pace.  It is not a coach-led workout as much as it is a coach-guided and supported workout.  You'll go through the workout at your own pace taking as long as you need, or until class is over.  We have complimentary water and sweat towels available, as well as pre and post workout snacks for purchase.

How do small group strength times work?:  In order to maximize flexibility, classes have a range of time that you can join.  Sign up for the start time closest to when you'll arrive.  For example, if you plan to come around 5:20pm, sign up for the 5:30pm class time.  The slots are listed as 30 minutes but you can take as long as you need while a coach is there to get your workout done (6:30pm is the cutoff for evening classes).


Do you tell me what to do?: Yes, if you choose to follow our programming!  Every six weeks we release a new series of workouts that is designed by our head coach with progressive overload at the core of the workouts.  There are three workouts per week to choose from, at two different levels.   When you come to class, you'll have a coach there able to guide you through the moves and tweak anything you need!

Do you offer family discounts?: Yes! 

Am I penalized for canceling a class?  Not in the form of a fine at this time.  If you don’t show up or request a reschedule before class starts, you will lose that class credit but we do not charge any extra fees for late cancellations or no shows.  Life happens!

Do class passes accrue from month to month? No! With the 8 class pass membership, you have 8 classes every 4 weeks. At the end of the four weeks, when you are billed for your next month’s membership, your available class passes also reset. They do not roll over from month to month.

What if I need to change or pause my membership? Our memberships do not lock you in for a contracted length of time, though each 4-week membership is non-refundable. If you need to change your membership type, contact us by at least 48 hours before your membership renews so we can cancel the recurring payment, and then you can sign up for the appropriate membership level at that time.
